Skyrec is the first of its kind, and Bigos Residents are the only ones with access. At no extra charge, Bigos Residents of Kellogg Square, Lowertown Lofts, Galtier Towers, Mears Park Place, and The Cosmopolitan can reserve the recreational spaces below.

How to Reserve
Bigos Management Residents who live in Kellogg Square, Lowertown Lofts, Galtier Towers, and Mears Park Place can reserve spaces at Skyrec through their Resident Portal.
Multi-Use Rec Rooms
Skyrec has two reservable multi-use rec rooms. Skyrec provides equipment for cornhole, ladderball, a soccer/hockey goal net, a putting green, and a wallyball net tie-up.
Half-Olympic Size
Swimming Pool
Swim some laps in the half-Olympic sized swimming pool! There's room for play, a refreshing dip, or for a good workout.
Pickleball Courts
Skyrec offers five reservable pickleball Courts with limited pickleball equipment available for your use.
Activity Room
Skyrec provides a fun and vibrant space for our younger Residents and guests to play, while under the supervision of a Bigos Resident 18 years of age or older.
Table Games
Sharpen up your table tennis or air hockey skills with our table games! Skyrec provides equipment for table tennis; these spaces are non-reservable.
Makers Room
A tinkering hobby space where you can feel free to be a bit messier than inside your home. Paint furniture, woodwork, or craft to your heart's content!
Full Gyms
Skyrec offers two reservable full gyms, containing full basketball courts, pickleball courts, and space for other activities. Skyrec provides limited equipment, please bring your own basketball or volleyball.
Running Track
Skyrec has a running track so you can get your run in even on those brutal Minnesota winter days.
